This is the plumbing part - filter, pump, all the pipes going in and coming out, as well as a drain pipe, so that when we leave in April (WIIL we be able to leave this dear little pool??) we just flip a switch and it all drains into the sewer connection.
How do you build a round step in Mexico - you use a piece of thin plywood, bend it to the right shape, secure it with blocks, and pour your cement inside. Bingo! Rauol and his crew built 2 steps on the inside of the pool, and are building 2 more on the outside, to be able to comfortably get into the pool.
Here's how it looks from the roof of our house, complete with all the new cement all around it as well. We figure by Friday we might be able to take our first dip.......:-)

I love seeing all 'the happenings' on your blog... great job! I can hardly wait to see the next step in the pool development... and then maybe... a few pictures of you two relaxing in and around it. Won't that be exciting!
